We have lived in St Helena Bay for the past 38 years and seen many changes in the property market and the town.

We are a mere 90 minutes drive from Cape Town  and on the West Coast . In the past 6 years we have seen the town expand by 6000 new vacant plots coming up for sale and most are sold and fully serviced already.

The West Coast is still very much undiscovered but a lovely safe, warm and friendly area still with lots of old life style values.

We have seen a boom in 2004 like selling 81 plots in 2 weeks and in 2005 selling 41 plots in 2 weeks and then of course the recession and the credit act came and every thing went quite and a massive slow down.
